Point out though right wing, Jesus saves us from taxation and
liberal perverts, paramilitaries are bogey men to middle class and
idols to many homeless and working class, they are few and poorly
organizied.  Useful only to take the heat because of the image
the gov't propagandists have made for them.  Two can play at the
diversion game.  Let them at least attack the Capital of the hated
Federal Gov't. and as a feint to draw the military; the com blackout
completes the cover.  Enlist them by trick (fake "hacking of gov't
computer files disclosing a plan to purge survivalists with military
then convincing them they must strike first.)
though it may be possible to get them to see
their racism serves only the masters.  However, I think they would be
too susceptable to selling out (being coopted).  Much bigotry is really
based on fear of losing position in society/economy.  A little money
makes them feel important and needed.

Victor connects with gunuts paramilatary underground through John Demos,
(should gunuts be fleshe out with other characters beside John Demos)
a self styled consultant to same who "researches" racially inflammatory
"history" for arian brotherhood type ilk.
Be sure Victor understands they are idiots in the hands of unscrupulous
rich who exploit and encourage their bigotry as a devisive manuever and
distraction. Convince them with fake "hack" that Y2k is a conspiracy
to cut off communications in order to cover the governments plan to use
the military to exterminate the gunuts. They must prepare and then
strike first if they wish to survive.

CREATE characters for realiztion of the rebel conspiracy
	  and possibly for gov't.

Victor knows the rich will never expose their gradual elimination of
excess with an overt action.  Maybe they aren't conscious that that
is what they are doing to the homeless and that it will spread to the
middle and working classes.  The weakening and decline of the middle
and working classes and culling of lowest, brought about by automation,
robots, computers, shipping out jobs may be enough to convince labor
and socialists to act without need of a conspiracy.

The skilled working class can be replaced by robots any time.  I'd suggest
clones who are just intelligent enough to do their task but genetically
inhibited from complaining, to replace the middle class.  I wonder if anyone
would notice the difference even if the ruling elite allow us to live long
enough to see it.  Oh well, at least the third world transition teams will still
be alive even if they can't read, can't afford televisions and there is no real
news to inform them anyway.  Come to think of it, none of this monstrous
fantasy of mine is too much different from the existing situation.  It's not
even a difficult extrapolation; it's only a short way ahead if we keep going in the
same direction of antiprogress we've been in since 1970.  But before I'm gone
I want to say some more about the current crop of displaced employees awaiting
liquidation.  Note that I'm coming back in from the far out and that I don't
really believe there is as yet a clone conspiracy underway.  I hope I haven't
given anyone any ideas!  It's not fun being a piece of dirt on the streets
of Tucson but at least I can still amuse myself while I am.

If not, tell labor a socialists Blacks, Hispanics etc. Y2k is aimed at
starving working class and eliminating them.  Let them know, once
convinced, that gunuts will be nuetralized by the military.  All must
be quick for military to remain distracted long enough to implement
takeover.
The hard part will be to keep them from believing all can be averted
by publicizing it.  THey must be convinced takeover is the only way
to stop the rich and keep them stopped.

How does jVictor gain sufficient credibility to convince them?
Alternatively, how does he trick them?
(If this book works as a satire maybe these question needn't
be asked.  Must he find a plausable way to manipulate them?
What about connecting in the first place?


IDEALLY Labor, gunuts, Blacks, Hispanics etc. all cooperate
because of common interest.  If Victor can bring together all in a
meeeting he can grab them with his charisma and by showing a common
enemy. Gunuts would have to see taxes actually go to the rich.
Unlikely, like this coalition.  But is is too implausable for
fiction?  Funny enough for satire?  I do wish to remain somewhat
realistic.

   The meeting with the National AFL-CIO president was hard enough to
arrange.  Convincing them to follow his plan may be impossible.  But
unless Victor succeeds in the impossible his Y2k can never work.  Without
the cooperation of the skilled workers, technicians, truck drivers etc.
organized by the unions the take over of ultilites, food distribution and
communications can't happen.  The receptionist checks the list of
appointments then tells him to have a seat.  The letter of introduction
from the Teamster's organizer was the only reason he could get the
appointment to begin with.  His presentation better be ready.
  At last he's called in.  If he can channel the impatient energy
it might help.  The president is seated behind an unpretentious desk
in a moderately sized office.  The most impressive thing Victor sees
as he glances about the room is silent but attentive and huge man
who may have been a lineman a few years ago.  He appears to have
stayed in shape.
  The president welcomes Vic and after perfunctory polite small talk asks,
"What are you up to?"
  Victor knows this isn't going to be easy.  He takes a breadth and
lifting his lap top says, "Let me show you". ...

  "Look Victor, I'm going to level with you.  I don't know where you got
that so called information but I know you didn't hack into any top secret
computers."  Uh oh, thinks Victor, busted, time for plan 2 but will he give
me a chance.  Well, he bothered to give me an interview for some reason...
The president continues. "I also know through my own sources in government
that something very similar to what you suggest is in the works.  So, how
did you come know what you know?  And if you don't give me a straight
answer, Jokco will take you down to the alley and break you kneecaps!
I know your not wired like the others that've been sent, so talk fast and
good!"
   This is a shock to Victor but he hides it.  He knew the direction of
probable future events but didn't think things had progressed so far.
"I didn't know anything until you just told me.  I just projected history
into the near future and then made up the evidence so I could try to
get help to do something about what inevitably will happen if no one does
anything.  And if you don't like that answer you better have your goon
kill me because if I live long enough, broken knee caps and all, I'll find
a way to cut off your balls and make you eat them!"
   "Maybe I should kill you then at least your FBI controller's and their
bosses will remain in doubt about how much we know."
   "Do you really think the FBI would send in someone as naive as I was
when I walked in here?"
   "Maybe, if they thought it would work, but that kind would never say
what you just said.  The self awareness indicates intelligence and your
counterthreat showed courage.  So, I'm going hold off a while and get to
know you better.  Maybe you have better plan than we do.  So let's share
a little of what we each have in mind and find out if we can work
together.  It'll take time to build real trust but we have the resources
to watch you closely until then."
   "Ok, I couldn't really expect more than that from anyone I might
trust.  But I don't believe we have too much time.  We've got to do
something soon!"
