Educated at the University of Arizona, Mr. Kaiserwas awarded a BSEE in 1987. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi Honor Fraternity.

Mr. Kaiser's skills include: knowledge and use of Windows NT, DOS, Windows, C/C++, VAX/VMS, HTML, Java and JavaScripts. Until 1993 he designed and programmed communications interfaces.


7/00-presentMr. Kaiser has developed a C++ Windows Template Application and used it as the framework for a study of gravity, a financial calculations package and an Oscilloscope data file reader, in time spared from writing fiction. He also writes political essays which he publishes via E-mail.

1/99 6/99As an Adjunct Faculty Member of Pima Community College,in Tucson Arizona, Mr. Kaiser taught TEC237- Client Server Networking, using Windows NT. Topics covered included: TCP/IP, 10BaseT/100BaseT, NT installation, domain creation, shares, trusts, security, WAN, LAN, WINS and DNS.


9/93 - 12/98While Self Employed developing writing skills, Mr. Kaiser maintained connection with his profession by creating extensive applications in C and C++. For instance, he has written a template user interface for Windows, which employs MDI, tool bars and status lines. Starting in June of 1997, he taught himself HTML and JavaScript and developed several web sites. He has experimented with Java and hopes to help realize some of it's potential for embedded applications as well as in the distributed computing environment.


8/92-9/93
11/87-8/92Working on the Electronic Proving Ground [EPG] contractin Sierra Vista/Ft. Huachuca for RAM C4I as Sr. Electronics Engineer and Comarco C4I during their contract tenure, Mr. Kaiser designed, prototyped, tested and fielded custom micro-controller based communications interfaces. Controlled impedance multi layer boards were specified by Mr. Kaiser for some projects.


1988-1990He evaluated computer systems and software for the implementation of an EPG test bed. He wrote the hardware specification (B1) and purchase requests for the Local Area VAX Cluster the project used. For the duration of the project he managed the VAX network and wrote low level programs synchronize and alter the resolution of the VAX clocks.


1987-1988His duties included writing and realizing acceptance and test procedures for instrumentation and management of a field test site.


1/86-8/86While a student at U of AZ, Mr. Kaiser worked part time for Arizona Research Labs. He provided general technical assistance, including design and installation of power and control circuits and assembly of a two gun sputtering system for the fabrication of super lattice substrates.


1/84-12/85U of AZ: Engineering Experiment Station, ECE. As a Student Assistant his duties included performing experiments and tests in such areas as filtration, adsorption, conductivity and particle dispersion.
